- Retain the services of a reputable ASHI certified home inspector. We then negotiate those necessary repairs (to be paid for by the Seller) after the inspection is completed.
- Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, financing and more. We have lived in the Wichita area since 1977 and have broad knowledge of the market.
- Provide communication that is both professional and personable. You will have two knowledgeable dedicated agents (Rob & Shirley) that are always accessible.
